Scott Cronin has honed a seasoned skill-set as a veteran of the hospitality industry, having worked with elite brands including Planet Hollywood, China Grill Management with Jeffrey Chodorow and Ian Schrager, Kimpton Hotels; and overseeing the two marquee NYC properties for Starr Restaurant Organization. In Spring of 2009, Scott joined BLT Restaurant Group as Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing the full-scale operations for BLT properties around the globe.
